Lemon-Butter Green Beans -YUM!


I was told that adding minced garlic is really nice too.

Wash your green beans (Thieves Fruit and Veggie Soak-preferred ;)

Fill a medium saucepan three-quarters full of cold water.

Bring the water to a boil, then add the green beans.

Cook for 4-5 minutes until the water returns to a boil and the beans are tender.

Remove from heat and drain the water.

Immediately return the beans to the saucepan.

Add the butter, garlic and yl lemon vitality essential oil to the pan.

Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm.
